Welcome back to a new year. It has been wonderful to catch up with so many of you on the gate and hear about your holidays. In this newsletter, you will be introduced to our new staff. I am sure you will join me in giving them a BSWPS welcome.

Terracing

You might have noticed the terracing has been completed. We are just waiting for the grass seed to start growing and then we will remove the temporary fencing. The children can’t wait to explore these new play spaces! Peter Khalil (member for Wills) came and visited last week to see the finished work, and was amazed with how impressive our grounds are looking. Thank you all so much for all the fundraising you have participated in to make this happen.

Tears and Cheers

We had a wonderful welcome to our new Prep families and new families on Wednesday with our Cheers and Tears. Thank you to the parents, and the Student Leadership Team who helped on the morning, especially baking the lovely scones! I hope that you all enjoyed the morning.

To all of our new students, families and staff, I would like to extend a warm welcome to BSWPS, we are delighted to have you in our community and look
forward to many years ahead together.
